CT Courses faced a critical platform risk when their previous provider was acquired, leaving them on an outdated, unsupported system that no longer met modern security, accreditation, or financial compliance standards. We performed a full technical reset, migrating to a self-hosted Moodle environment, rebuilding the WordPress front-end, and coordinating a clean data extraction, all without interrupting active course delivery.
The enrollment process was rebuilt from the ground up to handle university enrollment complexity, including multiple course registrations per transaction, secure payment data handling, and automated PDF generation delivered directly to the accreditation body. CT Courses moved from platform dependency to full ownership, with cleaner compliance documentation and fewer manual corrections.
