IA + flows + audit
Information architecture, key flows, content audit. The unsexy upfront work that decides whether the site converts or not, before anyone draws a pixel.
"Be findable by the people who'd buy from you, in every place they search."
"Say one true thing, well, in every medium it shows up."
"Earn the click, then the call, then the contract. Every signal counts."
Discipline 03 · Project
Designed to convert. Built to keep ranking. Measured by what your sales team has to say about lead quality six months later. Not by what Lighthouse says today.
01 · Discovery
Information architecture, key flows, content audit. The unsexy upfront work that decides whether the site converts or not, before anyone draws a pixel.
02 · Design
Conversion-led design. Hierarchy, type system, component library, edge-case states. All built in Figma against the brand kit, all reviewable in real prototypes.
03 · Build
Whichever earns its place for your case. WordPress for content-heavy + editorial. Astro / static for marketing surfaces. Headless when you've outgrown them both. We'll tell you which on the call.
04 · Content
Page bodies written or restructured, schema baked in, internal links wired correctly. We don't hand back a blank CMS. The launch is content-complete.
05 · Performance
Sub-1.2s LCP target, AA-conformant. Performance is a constraint we plan for, not an audit we run at the end. (We've never had to rebuild for it.)
06 · Launch
Cross-browser QA, GA4 + Search Console + UTM hygiene wired in, 30-day post-launch monitoring, and a 90-minute walkthrough so your team owns it on day 31.
Because for content-heavy marketing sites it still wins on editor comfort, content modelling, ecosystem, and total cost of ownership. We don't use it as a default. We use it where it earns its place. About half our builds are WordPress; the other half are static or headless.
Yes. A small monthly retainer covers WP core, plugin updates, security monitoring, content support, and Core Web Vitals watch. Most clients take it; the rest hand off to in-house dev with our blessing and documentation.
We don't ship sites built on Elementor, Divi, or similar. They look fast in a demo and turn into a maintenance liability inside a year. We use Gutenberg with custom blocks, or static.
Often, yes. Most rebuilds are migrations, not from-scratch. We'll honestly tell you on the first call whether your current CMS is worth carrying forward.
Frequently. We bring design + senior front-end / WP, your team brings infrastructure / back-end. Ownership of the codebase passes cleanly at launch. Git history, README, run instructions all in their format.
Yes. We host the sites we build, on our Cloudflare Enterprise edge network. 175 points of presence, global delivery. One bill. No finger-pointing between agency and host. If you would rather we deploy to your existing host, just let us know on the call.
Thirty minutes, free. We will do a live audit on the call and tell you whether the answer is a redesign, a rebuild, or just five fixes you could ship next week.
