We meet online and learn all about you, your work and the way you support clients.
In this meeting we cover:

  • Colours and style: choosing your palette, imagery and the overall feel of your website
  • Content: a simple conversation about your practice, your approach and what sets you apart
  • Onboarding questionnaire: a clear set of questions designed to guide us toward a website you will feel proud of

Step 2

We build your website for you

Once we have your details, we create your website using our calm, modern layouts and your chosen colours. During this stage we handle all the technical work:

  • Setting up your pages and structure
  • Adding your content, photos and service information
  • Creating your forms and contact options
  • Connecting your domain and hosting
  • Ensuring everything looks consistent, professional and easy to navigate

Step 3

Review, refine and launch:

When your website is ready, we walk through it together and make any small adjustments you need.
After your approval, we launch your site and give you access to:

  • Written and video guides for adding blog posts
  • Tips for maintaining your Google Business Profile
  • Simple instructions for requesting future edits

Frequently Asked Questions

No. We handle the set up, hosting and structure for you. If you need something changed, you can simply email us and we will update it for you.

Light edits include updates to prices, contact details, qualifications, new photos, small text adjustments and simple content changes. Most counsellors only need a few changes each year.

Yes. For Pay as you Go, and Silver members you will have access to a simple, easy to use publishing area. You can also use our written and video training guides to help you post articles whenever you like.

If you choose Bronze, Silver or Gold, the website is yours. If you choose the Pay As You Go plan, you can buy the website outright at any time for a one off £250 transfer fee after one year has passed. This ensures we can recuperate our development costs before handing the full site over. Proud Brands assumes all liability on Pay As You Go.

Yes. Extra pages can be added at £45 per page whenever you need them.

It is optional. If you have a practice address or feel comfortable making one available, a profile helps with trust and visibility. If not, we keep your website private without any address shown.

Yes. You can buy it yourself and delegate access to us, or we can purchase and manage it for you. We provide clear instructions during onboarding.

Yes. We can polish your wording or write the full content for you. Many counsellors find this helpful for About Me and Services pages.

For the monthly plan, the site pauses until payment resumes. For all ownership plans, hosting simply renews yearly. You can move the website to another host at any time, but we won’t be able to look after it anymore.

No live booking system is included because availability shifts for most counsellors. We have found that managing a booking system takes counsellors more time than just managing appointments. Instead, we provide simple enquiry forms which work well for private practice and school or parent referrals.

Most Bronze and Silver sites are ready in about 14 days once we receive your questionnaire and content. Gold sites may take a little longer depending on the amount of information.

Yes, but SAASSBMK members receive our reduced near cost pricing. If you run a larger practice or need something more customised, we can discuss a suitable arrangement.

Yes. Many counsellors start on Bronze and move to Silver or Gold as their practice grows. You can also switch from the monthly plan to an owned plan whenever you wish.

Yes. We use secure hosting, SSL, sensible form setup and do not store sensitive client records. Your website is a public-facing information tool, not a clinical system.
