We designed a publication people would want to pick up.


We were tasked with designing a publication that gives Estate Agents access to potential home buyers across three counties, through 30,000 publications every month. We knew we needed to strike a balance between highlighting exciting and interesting content and advertising space.

Highlighting the areas the publication is in distribution simply & effectively


We built an intelligent pick-up locator to demonstrate to potential advertisers how well distributed the publication is. A clever Google Map powered application that can work out your location, find your nearest pick up point and direct you there.

We wanted to maximise the exposure of the publication and showcase the quality of the publication easily. By incorporating an online document viewer into the website, it creates an online library and showcases the latest drop. Using the latest technology, it allows the viewer to navigate the issue with ease.
