Collaboration

We designed the perfect starting point.

The NHS and local councils have come together in 44 areas covering all of England to develop proposals and make improvements to health and care. These proposals, called sustainability and transformation plans (STPs), are place-based and built around the needs of the local population.

We were asked to build a virtual home for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire that the key employees of 15 organisations, across 3 counties could access. Providing all the key information, processes, contacts updates on the STP projects.

It was important to have a virtual home that anyone within the 15 organisations could access remotely from any location on any device.

The right tools for the job

We developed a user friendly toolkit

The Sustainability and transformation plan includes a range of large scale projects that require a formalised programme management approach to improve their chances of success.

We built an easy to use toolkit that breaks down each detailed process into easy to digest sections. The users can easily add, access or download policies, guidance notes and templates at a click of a button.

Organisation

Keeping up-to-date

We integrated a calendar that could be accessed by the users, allowing everyone to stay connected and always stay on top of what’s happening. The calendar allows users to save and share important information to the right people.

Colour coded and split into categories the calendar is easy to navigate and user-friendly on all device sizes, allowing the user to look at daily, weekly and monthly viewing options.

The project managers can also add meeting notes or presentations that can be downloaded at the click of a button to ensure all the required information is shared easily and effectively.

For ease of use the user can transfer the information from the event calendar straight into their personal calendar quickly and simply.

See our framework in action

Due to the sensitivity of the information stored, it was vital that we provided a secure system with users requiring a user name and a password.

You can take a look at our example site to see the framework that we produced with simple explanations of how we can personalise and customise each section to suit any organisation's collaboration project or STP.
